David DeLonga, MD, PhD
David M. DeLonga, MD, PhD is currently serving as a staff radiologist and nuclear medicine physician at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. Dr. DeLonga is a graduate of the Navy's aerospace medicine residency program and a former Naval Flight Surgeon and FAA Aviation Medical Examiner who is board certified in aerospace medicine, occupational medicine, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic radiology with a certificate of additional qualification in nuclear radiology. Dr. DeLonga is an active general aviation pilot and aircraft owner, and has over 5,000 hours of flight experience in single and multi-engine fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, gliders, and seaplanes.
