Previously, Dr. Livingston worked for 10 years with Oregon’s Health Evidence Review Commission (HERC) which is the public body in Oregon that determines coverage for the Medicaid population. Her policy work is balanced with an ongoing clinical family medicine practice as an Associate Professor in Family Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
