Speaker Dr. Sarin


Dr. Sarin is an accomplished physician, and a leader within the preventive health and lifestyle medicine fields. She is EHE Health’s Lifestyle Medicine Director, a nationwide preventive health company, where she spearheads a Health Mentorship Program to provide beneficiaries with year-round support, guidance, and motivation to develop positive behavior changes based on the principles of Lifestyle Medicine. By optimizing how we eat, think, and move, we can decrease the risk of chronic disease and promote health, longevity, and productivity. Dr. Sarin also provides clinical oversight of EHE Health’s programs including Digital and Virtual sCare programs, to ensure all beneficiaries have access to preventive care.

Dr. Sarin is a subject matter expert, and often quoted in media outlets such as Bustle, Daily Beast, Yahoo Lifestyle, and CNBC about various topics in medicine. She also has given Preventive Medicine webinars, lectures and lead interactive sessions for Fortune 500 companies. Currently, she is currently co-authoring a book, Lifestyle Medicine Practice Guide: Essentials for the Busy Practitioner, to be published in 2021 by https://healthylearning.com .

She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Internal Medicine and obtained dual degrees in Biology and Psychology with Honors at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She then trained at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland where she completed residency.
